Note: This contest is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada. Void where prohibited by law.
- Only one entry per person; duplicate entries will be discarded. No purchase is necessary. To participate, entrant need only to complete entry form. Incomplete entries and entries without email addresses are not eligible.
- This promotion ends October 31, 2008. Winner will be announced on November 1, 2008. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Veon Prism Media reserves the right to extend the closing date of the contest until at least 1,000 entries are received.
- One prize will be awarded. The winner will be chosen by a random drawing of all qualified entries. Winner will be notified by e-mail, and winner’s name will be posted on this website. In the event the winner cannot be located or refuses the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen. Winner will have his or her choice of a music CD each month for a year. Winner is required to pay all costs of shipping the monthly prize.
- Entry in the contest is deemed permission for Veon Prism Media to add entrant’s name to a mailing list maintained by Veon Prism Media. Entrants may receive e-mail information about updates and new products. VeonPrism Media does not sell or rent its mailing list.
